SOMETIMES ADVISING WELL MEANS… 

TELLING YOU TO ACT SOONER

(HEAR ME OUT… )

My (repeat) clients came to me because they wanted to invest in a rental BUT not have a mortgage payment for the next 3 months.

They figured they’d start looking in a month or two…

But when I listened to their goals, I advised them to act NOW.

💥 Here’s WHY- (and what happened):

1- we could take advantage of HUGE off-season incentives.

2- prices would increase if we waited to act

3-more buyers would enter the market and compete with them

Because they’d worked with me before, they knew I wasn’t BS-ing them and we….

1-Got a HUGE seller credit, used it to lock a below market rate.

2-Locked in off-season pricing (data shows price jumps if we waited)

3-had zero competition

4-STILL didn’t have a mortgage payment til 3 months out.

They came with a plan to start shopping in months… BUT in a couple of weeks we found exactly what they want AND saved them 💰💰💰 up front and in the long run.

👉 IF they had waited:

-They’d have paid more OR been priced out.

-They’d have paid higher interest.

-They would have a much smaller seller credit.

Ultimately their payments and principal would have been MUCH higher.
